White Bean Chicken Chili

This is a great soup for the crockpot and is great for leftovers! The secret ingredient here is the Thrive Life Green chilis! They shine in this recipe and you need only a small amount! Remember with Thrive the onions and peppers pack a punch!

Ingredients
- 3 cups Thrive freeze dried chicken
- 6 cans white navy beans
- 2 cups Thrive Freeze dried sweet corn
- 1/2 cup Thrive freeze dried green chili peppers
- 1/2 cup Thrive freeze dried chopped onions
- 4-6 cups water (start with 4, add more if you like)
- 4 T. Thrive vegetarian chicken bouillon
- 1 t. Cayan pepper
- 1 T. Chili powder
- 1 T. Thrive Chef choice seasoning blend
- 1 pint Sour cream
- 8 Ounces Cheese of choice
- 1 Bag Tortilla chips
Directions
- 1. Add everything but sour cream, cheese and chips into large soup pot
- 2. Bring to boil, and simmer on medium heat for 15-20 minutes
- 3. Take off heat and add sour cream and serve with chips and cheese!
