Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Freeze Dried Onions
  • 2 tablespoons Freeze Dried Green Peppers
  • 2 tablespoons Freeze Dried Red Peppers
  • 2 tablespoons Freeze Dried Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons Freeze Dried Spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Freeze Dried Green Chilis

Directions

  1. Add a few tablespoons or so of your favorite Thrive veggies to a pan. Add 1/2 cup water or so to the veggies and stir around so they absorb the water.
  2. Scoot your veggies over and spray cooking spray if you need it. Turn on the heat and stir the veggies around for a minute.
  3. Scramble 4 eggs in a bowl. Once your pan is nice and hot, pour the eggs into the pan and scramble all together until the eggs are done.
  4. Remove from heat. Top with cheese, salsa or hot sauce.
