Ingredients

  • 3 c Instant Pinto Beans
  • 1/2 c THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 c THRIVE Sweet Corn
  • 1 c THRIVE Tomato Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Dry Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 tsp Cayene
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Salt, table
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Allspice

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large pot with 3 quarts of water.
  2. Simmer 20-30 minutes.
  3. Serve with sour cream and chopped chives or scallions.
