Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Thrive cucumbers (powder if you prefer a smoother texture)
  • 1/4 tsp Lemonade powder
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered Thrive garlic
  • 2 tsp Fresh dill (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl refresh the cucumber
  2. Whisk together the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemonade powder and dill
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Chill and serve with vegetables or crackers
