Ingredients

  • 1 c. Tomato Powder
  • 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 1 tsp. Cane Sugar
  • 4 c. Water
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 1 dash dried oregano
  • 1 salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 drizzle of extra virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 bunch Bunch – Basil, fresh

Directions

  1. Combine water and tomato powder, stir with a whisk.
  2. Simmer gently on low until the sauce thickens a bit.
  3. Gently stir in the Freeze Dried Tomato Dices.
  4. Simmer on low for about 5 minutes while adding the rest of the seasonings.
  5. Top off with some fresh chopped basil, and serve with a toasted Ham and Cheese Sandwich to dip into your soup.
