Ingredients
- 1/4 C THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
- 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Spinach
- 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1/4 C THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 1/4 C THRIVE Kale
- 1 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1 dash Ground Pepper
- 1 pn Salt, Table
- 1 tsp Butter / Oil
- 6 Eggs
Directions
- Heat pan on medium
- In a bowl add all Thrive veggies
- Add just enough water to cover about 1/4 cup
- Once pan is hot add butter or oil
- Strain off any extra water if needed from veggie mix then add eggs and mix with fork or if there is extra water you may also just toss on pan and let cook off then add mixed eggs to pan to ensure no loss of nutrients
- With spatula cook eggs until no longer runny
- Side dish options are toast, yogurt, fruit, tea etc.
