THRIVE Funeral Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 C THRIVE Potato Dices
- 2 C Water
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 2 1/2 C Water
- 1/2 C THRIVE Velouté (Rich Chicken Gravy)
- 1/4 C Cheese Blend
- 2 Tbsp Salad Seasoning Blend
- 1 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1 C THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese, reconstituted
- 1 C THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
- Topping:
- 3/4 C Bread Crumbs
- 1 C THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tbsp THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
Directions
- In a medium bowl, add potatoes to the 2 cups water to reconstitute.
- In a saucepan, sweat garlic and butter together. Add onions and stir.
- Add the 2 ½ cups water and bring to a simmer. Add sauce mix, cheese blend, and seasoning blends and bring to a simmer.
- Add cheese and sour cream and remove from heat. Mix with potatoes.
- Grease a 9x13 pan, pour in potato mixture, and smooth the top.
- In a small bowl combine bread crumbs, cheese, and seasoning and sprinkle on top of potatoes.
- Bake in oven at 350F for 25 minutes or until bubbly and light brown.
