Ingredients

  • 5 C THRIVE Potato Dices
  • 2 C Water
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 2 1/2 C Water
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Velouté (Rich Chicken Gravy)
  • 1/4 C Cheese Blend
  • 2 Tbsp Salad Seasoning Blend
  • 1 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1 C THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese, reconstituted
  • 1 C THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
  • Topping:
  • 3/4 C Bread Crumbs
  • 1 C THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, add potatoes to the 2 cups water to reconstitute.
  2. In a saucepan, sweat garlic and butter together. Add onions and stir.
  3. Add the 2 ½ cups water and bring to a simmer. Add sauce mix, cheese blend, and seasoning blends and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add cheese and sour cream and remove from heat. Mix with potatoes.
  5. Grease a 9x13 pan, pour in potato mixture, and smooth the top.
  6. In a small bowl combine bread crumbs, cheese, and seasoning and sprinkle on top of potatoes.
  7. Bake in oven at 350F for 25 minutes or until bubbly and light brown.
