Ingredients
- 1 c. Cranberries - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. Cane Sugar
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 3 2/3 c. Golden Cornbread Mix (1 pantry can)
Directions
- Pulse cranberries in a food processor until in pea-sized pieces .
- Mix cranberries with sugar, orange juice, and ⅓ cup water. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
- Add remaining water and cornbread mix and stir until smooth.
- Bake in a greased 9x9 pan at 375⁰F for 25–35 minutes.
