THRIVE Chicken Rolls

Ingredients
- ROLLS
- 1 can THRIVE Country White Dough Mix (pantry can)
- 1 pkg. Instant Dry Yeast (2 1/4 tsp.)
- 1 c. + 2 tbsp warm water
- Filling
- 2 1/2 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Chopped Spinach - Freeze Dried
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. Salad Seasoning Blend
- 1 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - Freeze Dried (rehydrated)
- 1 c. cream cheese
Directions
- Prepare bread dough according to can instructions and allow to rise once, until doubled in size.
- Make filling by combining chicken, onions, and spinach with water in a sealed container and tumble rolling or shaking until THRIVE is evenly coated.
- Allow to sit 10 minutes; drain and reserve any extra liquid to add to sauce.
- Combine chicken mixture with remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Once dough has risen, cut into 8–10 equal portions and roll out into circles.
- Add about ¼ cup filling to the middle of each circle and roll up, placing rolls with seams down on greased baking sheet.
- Brush tops of rolls with garlic-herb butter and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F or until golden brown.
