Teriyaki Beef Sliders

Ingredients
- 3/4 C Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Garlic
- 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 C THRIVE Green Onions - Freeze Dried
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbsp THRIVE Honey Crystals
- 3 C THRIVE Beef Dices
- 2 1/2 C Water
- 1/2 C THRIVE Green Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 C THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 C THRIVE Onion Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1 1/4 C THRIVE Pineapple - Freeze Dried
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch + 3Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except cornstarch and sesame seeds and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a hot, deep skillet, bring mixture to a simmer.
- Combine cornstarch with water and stir to make a slurry.
- Stir into beef mixture and simmer until thick.
- Sprinkle in sesame seeds.
- Place ¼ cup of beef mixture on each bun and top with Pineapple Slaw recipe.
