Ingredients

  • 3/4 C Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Green Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 1 C Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp THRIVE Honey Crystals
  • 3 C THRIVE Beef Dices
  • 2 1/2 C Water
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Green Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Onion Slices - Freeze Dried
  • 1 1/4 C THRIVE Pineapple - Freeze Dried
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch + 3Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cornstarch and sesame seeds and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. In a hot, deep skillet, bring mixture to a simmer.
  3. Combine cornstarch with water and stir to make a slurry.
  4. Stir into beef mixture and simmer until thick.
  5. Sprinkle in sesame seeds.
  6. Place ¼ cup of beef mixture on each bun and top with Pineapple Slaw recipe.
