Delicious summer salad. Great as a main dish or side dish. To make a jar meal: Place ingredients in order.

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. THRIVE Zucchini - Freeze Dried Chopped small
- 1 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 3 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Celery - Freeze Dried
- 2 c. THRIVE Potato Dices - Freeze Dried
- Not in Jar
- 1 1/2 c. Cold Water
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1/4 c. Dill Pickle Relish
Directions
- When making the jar meal (1 Qt jar) you may need to help the ingredients settle with a gentle shake as you go to make sure everything fits! Or you may need to push down the potatoes.
- Pour entire contents of jar into a large bowl.
- Add water and stir.
- When most of the water has soaked in, add mayo and dill relish.
- Stir, chill and serve.
