Ingredients
- Cookies
- 1 can THRIVE Vanilla Sugar Cookie Mix
- Frosting
- 1 1/2 c. Powdered Sugars
- 1/2 c. Dry Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/3 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 6 tbsp. Butter, unsalted or THRIVE butter
Directions
- For the cookies
- prepare according to can
- in a small muffin pan place 1 tablespoon of dough
- press down center in order to create a well cooked cookie
- cook for 10-15 minutes at 350 or until sides are golden brown
- once done take a teaspoon and press into the center creating a middle in the cookie cup
- let cool for about 10 minutes before moving to a cooling rack

- Place all ingredients into a mixer and mix until well blended
