Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 c. Thrive strawberries
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 24 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 tbsp. whole egg powder + 6 tbsp. cold water

Directions

  1. Mix water with 1 teaspoon. vanilla, strawberries, 1/2 cup sugar, and cornstarch.
  2. Heat over medium-high heat until thick and syrupy and let cool
  3. Combine 1/4 cup sugar, graham cracker crumbs and butter
  4. Press mixture into bottom of 9- inch springform pan.
  5. Bake crust at 350 degrees F, for 10 minutes
  6. Combine cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, and remaining vanilla in electric mixer and blend well.
  7. Add eggs slowly while mixing.
  8. Pour the batter into pan over on top of crust, then top with strawberry mixture.
  9. Bake cake at 300 degrees F, for 60 min: let cool for several hours before serving
