Ingredients

  • 12 Tablespoons Thrive life egg
  • 1/4 cup TL mushrooms
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/8 cup Spinach
  • Sprinkle Salt
  • 1/4 teas Basil

Directions

  1. Hydrate the mushrooms and the spinach with half a cup of water or more. Add eggs and garlic and salt and basil. Stir pour half of it into an omelette pan. Then when that’s done, pour the other half and make another omelette and it will make two omelettes
