Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp Thrive Scrambled Egg Mix
  • 1/4 c THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
  • 1/4 c THRIVE Chopped Spinach
  • 1/4 c THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 3/4 c THRIVE Mozzarella Shredded cheese
  • 1/2 c THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
  • 3/4 c Water
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/4 tsp Iodized Salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl leaving out 1/2 c Mozzarella Cheese.
  3. Pour Mixture into greased muffin tins, 3/4 full.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 c of Mozzarella Cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 5 more minutes
  7. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes.
