Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix dry
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Green Onions dry
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Mushroom Pieces dry
  • 2 1/4 C Water
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese dry
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese dry
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt, Table

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  3. Pour mixture into (12) greased muffin tins
  4. Bake for 20 minutes
  5. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes
  6. Sprinkle Himalayan sea salt over tops
  7. makes 12 individual Quiches
  8. Serves 12 so they are also perfect to serve for a weekend brunch or breakfast.
