Spinach Dip

Great Dip for a bread bowl or a dish. Substitutes Thrive freeze dried vegetables for frozen vegetables and vegetable soup mix.

Ingredients
- 32 oz Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Cup THRIVE Spinach, crumbled slightly
- 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Carrots
- 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1/2 C THRIVE Red bell Peppers, broken into small pieces
- 1 TBLS Garlic Salt
- 1 small can Sliced Water Chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 C THRIVE Celery
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt and other ingredients. No need to rehydrate any of the THRIVE products, the yogurt will do this for you and thicken the dip as it does.
- Refrigerate for at least 8 hours (actual "Cook" time.
- Restir, taste and add additional Garlic salt if needed to taste.
- Serve in a carved-out bread bowl or in a bowl with Pita Chips or bread pieces.
