Spaghetti - Meal in a Jar

Ingredients
- 1 C THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger)
- 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1/4 C THRIVE Celery
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 1/2 C THRIVE Green Peas
- 1/2 C THRIVE Mushroom Pieces - Optional (in our house we skip these)
- 1/2 C THRIVE Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 2 tsp THRIVE Garlic, FD (Litehouse)
- 6 oz Angel Hair Pasta (break into 1/4's)
- 4 C Hot Water
Directions
- Combine in a Quart jar
- If using a Jar - put the pasta in a portions baggie in the middle, then fill around it. So you can cook the noodles first and then add in the rest. You can also do the Jar with all expect the noodles and use then out of the package.
- If using a Food Saver Bag - put noodle in then seal so you can open and cook the noodles first (good for camping or traveling no chance of breaking the jar)
- Fill the jar with all except the last 2 ingredients.
- Seal the Jar

- To Prepare
- Boil water, add noodles cook 3-4 minutes. Add remaining jar contents (do not drain) cover and simmer 15-20 minutes.
- This can be divided in 1/2 for a pint.
- For single serving or to use with the Kindle Cook divide PINT in half.
