Southwestern Salsa

This salsa is great as a side dish, dip, or addition to burgers. Try it with our Southwestern Chili Lime Chicken Sliders recipe!

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Pace Picante Salsa, mild
- 3/4 c. Thrive Instant Black Beans
- 1/3 c. Thrive Sweet Corn
- 1/3 c. Thrive Green Chili Peppers
- 1/4 c. Thrive Chopped Onions
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Thrive Chefs Choice
- 1 tbsp. Cholula Hot Sauce
- 1 1/2 c. Zesty Guacamole (Limited Quantity)
- 1 1/4 c. Water
Directions
- Cook black beans until tender (about 10 minutes) and strain under cold water to chill.
- Mix all ingredients together except guacamole and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
- Fold in guacamole gently and allow to rest 3 minutes.
- Chill before serving.
