Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Pace Picante Salsa, mild
  • 3/4 c. Thrive Instant Black Beans
  • 1/3 c. Thrive Sweet Corn
  • 1/3 c. Thrive Green Chili Peppers
  • 1/4 c. Thrive Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Thrive Chefs Choice
  • 1 tbsp. Cholula Hot Sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. Zesty Guacamole (Limited Quantity)
  • 1 1/4 c. Water

Directions

  1. Cook black beans until tender (about 10 minutes) and strain under cold water to chill.
  2. Mix all ingredients together except guacamole and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Fold in guacamole gently and allow to rest 3 minutes.
  4. Chill before serving.
