Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Chives
- 1 tsp. Cilantro
- 2 tbsp. Lime juice
- 2 tbsp. BBQ Sauce
- 1 tsp. Cholula
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers
- 1/2 c. Sour Cream or THRIVE Sour Cream
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Onion Slices
- 3 c. Mixed Greens
- 2 c. THRIVE Instant Black Beans Cooked
- 1/4 c. Mountain Man Mix
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices
- 2 Lime Slices
Directions
- Blend cilantro, chives, lime juice, bbq sauce, cholula, sour cream, and 1 tablespoon green chilies.
- Toss 3 cups chopped mix greens, black beans and add rehydrated cheese, green chilies, tomatoes, red bell peppers, and mountain man mix.
- Garnish with lime slices and crunch and fresh cilantro.
