Skillet Sesame Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 3 c THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices - Freeze Dried
- 2 c THRIVE Broccoli - Freeze Dried
- 4 tbsp Corn starch
- 6 tbsp THRIVE Honey Crystals
- 4 tbsp Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Cane Sugar
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp White Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Corn Starch plus 2 Tablespoons cold water
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds for topping
Directions
- Hydrate Chicken and Broccoli is separate bowls. Whisk sauce ingredients, honey, ketchup, sugar, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic powder together and set aside.
- Combine hydrated chicken and 4 T of cornstarch together until chicken is coated.
- Drizzle large skillet with sesame oil. Add chicken and saut'e over medium heat until chicken lightly browns, about 3-4 minutes. Add hydrated broccoli and pour sauce over top. Continue on medium heat until heated through.
- In a small bowl mix cold water and cornstarch. Add to pan and stir until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
- Serve over rice if desired
