Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to 5 cups of water in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil. Simmer on medium for 15 minutes
  3. Let stand for 10 minutes until soup thickens.
  4. Optional: Top with Thrive Life Pepper Jack Cheese (rehydrated) for some extra yum.
