Ingredients
- 4 c. Water
- 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
- 1 3/4 c. THRIVE Sweet Corn - Freeze Dried
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Celery - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. Chopped Onions- Dehydrated
- 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/2 tsp. Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Cholula hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1 c. Heavy Cream
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except cream in a pot and bring to a simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Simmer uncovered until liquid just covers the vegetables and they are tender.
- Place the soup in a blender in small batches and blend until smooth.
- Return to pot, add cream, and stir until well mixed. Thin soup with water to reach desired consistency.
