Ingredients

  • 4 c. Water
  • 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 3/4 c. THRIVE Sweet Corn - Freeze Dried
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Celery - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. Chopped Onions- Dehydrated
  • 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1/2 tsp. Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Cholula hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Fresh lime juice
  • 1 c. Heavy Cream

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cream in a pot and bring to a simmer for about 15 minutes.
  2. Simmer uncovered until liquid just covers the vegetables and they are tender.
  3. Place the soup in a blender in small batches and blend until smooth.
  4. Return to pot, add cream, and stir until well mixed. Thin soup with water to reach desired consistency.
