Ingredients
- 1 cup Thrive Life FD Chopped Chicken
- 2 cups Salad Greens (spinach, beet, arugula, etc)
- 2 TBSP Thrive Life FD Corn
- 2 TBSP Thrive Life FD Green Chilies
- 2 TBSP Thrive Life FD Sliced Onions
- 2 TBSP Thrive Life FD Mushrooms
- 2 TBSP Thrive Life FD Butternut Squash
- 2 TBSP Thrive Life FD Pepper Jack Cheese
- 2 TBSP Favorite Cilantro Jalapeno Ranch Dressing
Directions
- Put 1 cup Thrive Life FD Chopped Chicken in a skillet with 1 cup water, plus 1/2tsp salt + 1/4tsp pepper. Stir until chicken is moist. Cook over High heat until all water has steamed out, stirring occasionally. Transfer to plate to cool.
- Place 1 cup of greens each on two plates. Add 1 TBSP of all Thrive Life ingredients. Top with cooled chicken and ranch dressing of choice.
