Sausage Vegetable Medley with Balsamic Zing!

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Asparagus
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 1/4 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 Lime, juice
- 1 c. Water
- 2 c. (THRIVE)Rainbow Farfalle Pasta cooked
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a small bowl mix oil, tomato powder, mustard, and balsamic vinegar.
- In a medium bowl, combine veggies and sausage- rehydrate with water.
- Combine pasta with mixture and sauce in a large bowl or dish.
- Squeeze lime over dish and sprinkle cheese on top- keep it dry for a THRIVE crunch.
