Santa Fe Chicken - Tinfoil Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Freeze Dried
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Sweet Corn - Freeze Dried
  • 1 tsp. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
  • 3 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Black Beans reconstituted as instructed on can
  • 1 Water
  • 1 dash ground cumin
  • 1 dash Iodized Salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except beans and cumin, in a bowl.
  2. Add water to barely cover. Let sit 15 minutes or until chicken is rehydrated.
  3. Once ingredients are wet through add black beans. Sprinkle with cumin and salt to taste.
  4. Spray a sheet of tinfoil with non stick spray.
  5. Pour chicken mixture onto the tinfoil and wrap up tightly (opposite sides together, then the two ends).
  6. Repeat if desired for two layers.
  7. Place over warming charcoals and heat for 15 minutes or so. Eat out of tinfoil or pour onto a plate.
