Ingredients

  • 3 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Knox gelatin
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can
  • 1 1/4 c. Sour Cream
  • 2 c. THRIVE Raspberries - Freeze Dried Mixed berries: blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries

Directions

  1. Heat heavy whipping cream and sugar until sugar is dissolved---do not boil.
  2. Remove from heat and place in another bowl.
  3. Mix Knox gelatin with 1 cup water together and add to the cream and sugar as it cools.
  4. Cool until barely warm and add vanilla powder.
  5. Add sour cream and whisk all until well blended Put into small cups or goblets (plastic cups filled half way work great)
  6. Let set in refrigerator for at least 4 hours and up to 2 days.
  7. Serve cold topped with reconstituted THRIVE fruit: blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries
