Russian Cream and Berries

Ingredients
- 3 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. Knox gelatin
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 1/2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can
- 1 1/4 c. Sour Cream
- 2 c. THRIVE Raspberries - Freeze Dried Mixed berries: blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries
Directions
- Heat heavy whipping cream and sugar until sugar is dissolved---do not boil.
- Remove from heat and place in another bowl.
- Mix Knox gelatin with 1 cup water together and add to the cream and sugar as it cools.
- Cool until barely warm and add vanilla powder.
- Add sour cream and whisk all until well blended Put into small cups or goblets (plastic cups filled half way work great)
- Let set in refrigerator for at least 4 hours and up to 2 days.
- Serve cold topped with reconstituted THRIVE fruit: blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries
