Refrigerator Oatmeal Parfait

This is a super simple quick breakfast for those who are on-the-go in your home. My high school students LOVE these parfaits - They are totally customizable and with Thrive there are so many flavor options.

Ingredients
- 1/2 C THRIVE Vanilla Yogurt Bites (Pick your favorite flavor)
- 1/2 C Quick Oats
- 1 Tbsp THRIVE Instant Milk
- 1/3 C THRIVE Strawberry Slices (Pick your favorite combination of Thrive fruits to total 1/3 - 1/2 C)
- 2/3 C Water
Directions
- This recipe is totally customizable to your families' favorite flavor combinations - be creative. You can use one flavor yogurt in a parfait or combine a couple flavors that total the 1/2 cup needed. Use between 1/3 - 1/2 cup of fruit, again mix and match several flavors to find your favorites.
- In a pint jar add oats, yogurt bites, and milk powder. You can also add the fruit now, or wait until later.
- At this point, just set the jars on a shelf in your cupboard or pantry.
- When you are ready to eat a pafait, if you haven't added the fruit you can do so now. Then add water, put the lids on and shake it up.
- Place the jar in the refrigerator overnight, or at least for a couple hours so it will chill well and softened the oatmeal.
- Grab the jar on your way out the door in the morning...don't forget a spoon!
- If you would like to boost the nutrition, you can also add any variety of seeds or nuts.
