Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic
  • 3/4 c. White Wine
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 1 tsp. Thrive Chefs Choice
  • 3/4 tsp. Peppercorn
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1 c. Thrive Red Bell Peppers
  • 1/3 c. Thrive Bechamel (Creamy White Sauce)
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Cholula Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Butter

Directions

  1. Sweat butter and garlic together.
  2. Add wine and water, then seasonings.
  3. Add red peppers, and reduce heat for one minute.
  4. Add cream and bechamel sauce mix, and reduce heat until thick (3-4 minutes).
  5. Add lemon juice, Cholula, and more butter to finish.
  6. Puree in blender until smooth.
