Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp. Garlic
- 3/4 c. White Wine
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1 tsp. Thrive Chefs Choice
- 3/4 tsp. Peppercorn
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1 c. Thrive Red Bell Peppers
- 1/3 c. Thrive Bechamel (Creamy White Sauce)
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Cholula Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Butter
Directions
- Sweat butter and garlic together.
- Add wine and water, then seasonings.
- Add red peppers, and reduce heat for one minute.
- Add cream and bechamel sauce mix, and reduce heat until thick (3-4 minutes).
- Add lemon juice, Cholula, and more butter to finish.
- Puree in blender until smooth.
