Red Pepper Salad Dressing

This zesty dressing is made from THRIVE Red Bell Peppers!

Ingredients
- 2 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin
- 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese (reconstituted)
- 1/4 c. Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Cane Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1 c. Blended oil (25% olive oil and 75% canola oil)
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 c. Sour Cream
- 1 tsp. Cholula Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp. lime Juice
Directions
- Mix everything in blender except oil and sour cream.
- Blend until smooth.
- Slowly drizzle in oil while blender is going to create emulsion.
- Add sour cream and blend to mix. Chill well before serving.
