Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar or red balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Thrive honey crystals or reg honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Thrive chopped onions or grated fresh onion
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup Thrive raspberry crumbles or fresh crushed raspberries
  • 2/3 cup canola oil or your favourite vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Directions

  1. Combine everything in a small jar and shake it up. That's it! Super Simple-Quick-Delicious.
  2. Serve immediately, or let it sit for an hour. Store in the fridge for a few days if needed.
  3. *for a deep rich gorgeous colour use balsamic vinegar (pictured). For a lighter dressing use white wine vinegar.
  4. *switch it up. Use different vinegars, use different berries: blackberries, blueberries, strawberries.
