Ingredients

  • 1 bag Chocolate or carob chips
  • 2 Tablespoons Sunflower lecithin
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Sweetener of choice
  • 1/8 cup Thrive life Rasberries
  • 1/8 cup Thrive Life Blueberries or just Raspberries

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate chips in a saucepan, stirring constantly to prevent burning then add sunflower lecithin and sweetener stir until dissolved. If needed can add about a tablespoon of non- dairy milk. Next add the crushed raspberries. Pour into any kind of candy mold and put in the refrigerator until firm. These can be frozen. Enjoy!
