Ingredients

  • 2 c. THRIVE Raspberries - Refreshed
  • 2 tbsp. Dried Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp. Warm Water
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Honey Crystals

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor, then refrigerate until it's nice and thick. And don't forget to refrigerate after use!
