Pulled Pork Taquitos

Ingredients
- 6 oz. Cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tsp. Minced garlic
- 1 Small lime (juice only)
- 1/4 c. Mild taco sauce
- 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Cheese Blend
- 2 tsp. THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 1 tbsp. + THRIVE Onion Slices
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Kale
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Chopped Spinach - Freeze Dried
- 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Pulled Pork - Freeze Dried
- 10 8 Inch Soft Taco Flour Tortillas
- 1 dash Iodized Salt
- 1 dash Garlic pepper seasoning
Directions
- The night before or morning of, refresh cheddar cheese in plastic baggie (just add a small amount of water, work the water into the cheese, while in the bag, drain any excess water, put bag in fridge)
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Spray olive oil spray on baking sheet
- Start refreshing Thrive Life food—just add water!!
- Combine cream cheese, garlic, lime, cheese blend powder, tomato powder, salt, and mild sauce Drain excess water from refreshed onions, green chilies, and kale; mix into cream cheese blend
- Taste mixture to make sure it is seasoned to your liking Scoop mixture into each tortilla; roll up and place onto baking sheet with seam side down
- Lightly spray tops with olive oil spray; sprinkle with garlic pepper
- Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes until crispy and golden
- Serve with side salad and/or fruit
