Protein Packed, Gluten Free Breakfast Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp avocado or olive oil
- 1/4 C Thrive Life Chopped Onions
- 1/4 C Thrive Life Red Bell Peppers
- 1/4 C Thrive Life Green Bell Peppers
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Sausage Crumbles
- 3/4 C Thrive Life Scrambled Egg Mix
- 3/4 C Thrive Life Cheddar Cheese
- 2 C almond flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 C water
Directions
- Before you begin, add the sausage to a baggie and gently break it up with a kitchen mallet. The smaller pieces will refresh better.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl mix together the eggs, cheese, peppers, onion, sausage, and water.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. Stir every minute to make sure all the ingredients are refreshing.
- Add the oil, almond flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder to the bowl.
- Once combined, use a large cookie scoop to make 8 evenly sized balls of mix and place them on a lined baking sheet. Press and form each of the biscuits.
- Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until slightly browned all over.
