  1. Before you begin, add the sausage to a baggie and gently break it up with a kitchen mallet. The smaller pieces will refresh better.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. In a bowl mix together the eggs, cheese, peppers, onion, sausage, and water.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. Stir every minute to make sure all the ingredients are refreshing.
  5. Add the oil, almond flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder to the bowl.
  6. Once combined, use a large cookie scoop to make 8 evenly sized balls of mix and place them on a lined baking sheet. Press and form each of the biscuits.
  7. Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until slightly browned all over.
