Ingredients

  • 1 c. THRIVE Pineapple - Freeze Dried crushed in food processor until fine
  • 2 c. Powdered Sugar
  • 4 tbsp. Water

Directions

  1. Combine sugar and pineapple powder (with very small chunks) and stir until evenly distributed.
  2. Add water slowly, monitoring consistency while stirring.
  3. This glaze lends itself to a lot of variety in consistency so gauge the water you add accordingly, the more water the thinner it will become.
  4. Spread on cookies or pour a thinner glaze over a cake to add a rich pineapple zest to your culinary creation.
