Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c Beef Slices - Freeze Dried
- 2/3 c THRIVE Green Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 2/3 c THRIVE Onion Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1 tbsp THRIVE Espagnole (Savory Beef Gravy)
- 2 c Hot Water
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Slice Provolone Cheese
- 2 Loaves French Bread
Directions
- Add beef dices, bell peppers, onion slices, and espagnole to a bowl. Add hot water and stir to combine. Cover and let sit 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in medium saucepan or skillet over medium heat. Add contents of bowl. Allow to cook, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Turn oven to broil. Slice open French Bread length-wise and lay on baking sheet.
- Split beef mixture between loaves of bread. Cover beef mixture with two slices of Provolone. Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve.
