Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

I love thinking outside the box and making substitutions to make yummy treats just a bit healthier. They are very dark and fudgey and incorporate Thrive Peanut Flour.

Ingredients
- 1 c. Black Beans cooked
- 6 tbsp. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix prepared with 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp water
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Applesauce prepared
- 1/2 c. Dry Cocoa Powder, or 1 cup carob powder
- 1/4 tsp. Sea salt
- 2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can
- 1/4 c. Raw honey
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- Peanut Butter Swirl ingredients
- 1/3 c. Peanut Flour (Discontinued)
- 3 tbsp. Water
- 1 tbsp. Raw honey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Place all ingredients for brownies into food processor or blender and blend till smooth
- Spray an 8x8 pan with a healthy non-stick spray
- Evenly spread brownie batter into pan
- Add enough water to peanut flour and honey mix to make it just pourable
- Dollop peanut butter on top of brownies with a spoon about an inch apart
- Swirl peanut butter into brownies with a knife moving back and forth then side to side to create the marbling
- Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until top is firm, brownies pull from sides of pan, and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
- Let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting Store in a tightly sealed container when completely cooled
