A delicious pea salad which can be made ahead and be ready for dinner when you are! Ranch mix adds a little extra deliciousness!

Ingredients
- 2 c. THRIVE Green Peas
- 2 tbsp. Bacon TVP
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 6 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk
- 1/2 c. Water
- 2 tbsp. Ranch Dressing mix
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- In a medium-size bowl, add all ingredients except cheese. Stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
- Add in cheddar cheese. Stir.
- Cover and refrigerate one more hour.
