Ingredients

  • 1 C Water
  • 4 C Cane Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 C Egg White Powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300F.
  2. Mix egg whites and water together until silky white.
  3. Add sugar slowly in segments to incorporate until smooth.
  4. Whip until thick and light, and peaks form (about 10 minutes).
  5. Fold in remaining ingredients, mixing evenly.
  6. Spread over two greased half sheet pans and bake for about 1 hour.
