Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Quick Oats
  • 1/2 c. 2% Milk
  • 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. Brown Sugars
  • 1 pn. THRIVE Strawberry Slices - Freeze Dried

Directions

  1. Mix the oats, milk, syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, either reheat or enjoy cold. Sprinkle with brown sugar and strawberries for extra flavor!
