Ingredients
- 1/2 c Quick Oats
- 1/2 c. 2% Milk
- 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
- 1 tsp. Brown Sugars
- 1 pn. THRIVE Strawberry Slices - Freeze Dried
Directions
- Mix the oats, milk, syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, either reheat or enjoy cold. Sprinkle with brown sugar and strawberries for extra flavor!
