Ingredients

  • 6 1/4 c. Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 c. THRIVE Chopped Spinach
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped Onions
  • 16 oz Oriental dressing
  • 4 oz cashews
  • 1 c. THRIVE Sweet Cherries
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Onions
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained (11 oz)

Directions

  1. In a 1-gallon stock pot, cook pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes or until tender.
  2. Reconstitute spinach and onions by coating with cold water.
  3. Mix all ingredients together, and top with sesame seeds.
  4. Serve chilled.
  5. Note: Add THRIVE Chopped Chicken to the pasta for a more hearty salad!
