One Dish Shepard Pie

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c. Water
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Beef Bouillon or more to taste
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger) - Freeze Dried
- 1/8 c. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Béchamel (Creamy White Sauce) (powder)
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Beans - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Sweet Corn - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 1/4 c. Mixed Bell Peppers
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Butternut Squash - Freeze Dried
- 1/8 c. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Peas - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Mashed Potato
Directions
- Spread dry ground beef evenly across the bottom of the casserole dish. Sprinkle scrambled egg powder and white sauce powder over beef.
- Mixed beef bouillon and worcestershire sauce with one cup water and pour over beef.
- Evenly layer all vegetables on top of the beef, but don't add the potatoes yet.
- Cover the top with cheese and potato.
- Add remaining 2 1/2 cups water slowly to moisten all the potatoes.
- Cover with a lid and bake in the over for 30-45 minutes at 375F.
- Done when heated through, potatoes are all hydrated, and cheese is melted.
- *You may need to spritz the top of the potatoes with some water half way through if it still looks too dry.
- *any vegetables could be used in place of or in addition to what is listed. Change them up according to your likes. ^_^
