Omelet on the Go!

Ingredients
- 1 C Thrive Life Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 C Thrive Life Sausage Crumbles
- 1/8 C Thrive Life Red Bell Peppers
- 1/8 C Thrive Life Green Bell Peppers
- 1/8 C Thrive Life Chopped Onions
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Scrambled Egg Mix
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat waffle maker.
- Put the cheese in a small container or bag to refresh. Add COLD water until the cheese begins to lift off the bottom of the bowl and all of the cheese is covered. Let cheese rest in fridge while making the rest of the omelet.
- In a bowl mix the eggs, cheese, peppers, onions, and sausage. If you like smaller pieces of veggies, crunch them in your hands a bit as you add them in. Add HOT water to this mix. The ingredients will lift off the bottom of the bowl when you have added enough water.
- Stir and let sit for about 10 minutes. If no sausage is used, only 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix scrambled egg mix and ¾ C water.
- Combine eggs, meat, veggies, and cheese and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Poor mix into waffle maker and cook for 5-10 minutes. (This will be different for different makes and models.)
