No-Bake Peaches and Cream Dessert

This no-bake peaches and cream dessert is fast, easy, and delicious. And the pumpkin cookies and fall flavors make it the perfect October dessert.

Ingredients
- 2 pkg. Graham Crackers
- 3 tbsp. Cane Sugar
- 16 tbsp. Butter, salted or THRIVE Butter
- 1 c. Pumpkin-Flavored cookies
- 8 oz. Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
- 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 2 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
- Process 2 sleeves of graham crackers in a food processor or blender until fine.
- Add melted butter and cane sugar and process until a dough forms.
- Save 1/3 cup of the dough and leave in the food processor. Press the remaining dough into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
- Process the pumpkin cookies and the extra dough until crumbly and set aside.
- In a large bowl mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and spices until well-combined.
- Add 2 cups heavy whipping cream and mix until thick and fluffy.
- Spread half of the cream mixture evenly on crust.
- Layer Thrive Peach Slices all along the cream layer.
- Spread the other half of the cream mixture over the peaches.
- Top with the pumpkin cookie/graham cracker mixture that was set aside.
- Refrigerate overnight or until the peaches have softened, and enjoy!
