My son and I made this up years ago one Sunday afternoon when we were hungry. It is a perfect meal for a lazy afternoon! So many Thrive ingredients are perfect in this one! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 T Butter
- 3 T Flour
- 2 t. Thrive Vegetarian Beef Bouillon
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 cup Thrive Freeze Dried Beef (I used small cubed)
- 1/2 cup Thrive Freeze Dried Mushrooms
- 1/4 Cup Thrive Freeze Dried Chopped Onions
- 1 T. Peppercorn Seasoning
- 1 T. Dried Basil
- 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounce Sour Cream
- 1/2 brick Cream Cheese (to taste)
- 1/2 cup Milk or Heavy Cream (to taste)
- 1 Bag Egg noodles or pasta of choice
Directions
- 1. Melt butter and add flour till it balls up, slowly add water and bouillon
- 2. Reconstitute beef in a bowl of water for a few minutes and add to broth
- 3.Reconstitute onions and mushrooms in a little water, and add to broth, and seasonings to broth
- 4. Add cream cheese, sour cream and milk to your desired thickness
- 5. Serve over egg noodles
