Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Bacon, diced
  • 1/2 c THRIVE Onion Slices + 2 tbsp water
  • 4 c THRIVE Mushroom Pieces + 1.5 cups of water
  • 2 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Basil
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1/2 c Red Wine
  • 2 tsp THRIVE Tomato Powder
  • 1 tsp THRIVE Beef Bouillon
  • 1 tsp THRIVE Chef's Choice
  • 2 c Water

Directions

  1. Begin by browning the bacon in saute pan.
  2. Drain off 1/2 fat.
  3. Add onions, mushrooms and garlic.
  4. Saute until golden brown.
  5. Deglaze pan with red wine.
  6. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until thick.
