Mushroom Ragout

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Bacon, diced
- 1/2 c THRIVE Onion Slices + 2 tbsp water
- 4 c THRIVE Mushroom Pieces + 1.5 cups of water
- 2 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Basil
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1/2 c Red Wine
- 2 tsp THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 1 tsp THRIVE Beef Bouillon
- 1 tsp THRIVE Chef's Choice
- 2 c Water
Directions
- Begin by browning the bacon in saute pan.
- Drain off 1/2 fat.
- Add onions, mushrooms and garlic.
- Saute until golden brown.
- Deglaze pan with red wine.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until thick.
