Mushroom and Sausage Pizza

Homemade pizza with tomato powder making it into sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 C White Flour or THRIVE Gluten Free Flour
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Butter, mix with a little oil
- 1 Tbsp Instant Dry Yeast add to dry ingredients
- 1 C THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese- reconstituted
- 1 C THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese- reconstituted
- 3 Tbsp THRIVE Mushroom Pieces, reconstituted
- 3 Tbsp THRIVE Chopped Onions- reconstituted
- 4 Tbsp Tomato Powder
- 1.5 C Water
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/5 C THRIVE Sausage Crumbles- reconstituted
Directions
- Add 1 cup of hot water to dry ingredients and butter/ oil, stir and knead until smooth.
- Let rise in a warm place covered for an hour.
- Roll out dough and place on baking sheet.
- To make sauce, mix tomato powder, water, cornstarch and oregano.
- Assemble pizza with tomato sauce, toppings and then cheese.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 17 minutes.
- Cut into 8 slices.
- Salt, pepper and garlic powder are good on pizza over sauce.
