Ingredients

  • 1/2 C THRIVE Sausage Crumbles
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger)
  • 1 C THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 C THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp THRIVE Tomato Powder
  • 2 Tbsp THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 3/4 C THRIVE Chopped Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 1 Tbsp Mixed Bell Peppers
  • 1 tsp Salt, Table
  • 1 tsp Dried Marjoram
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 dash Chili Powder
  • 1 dash Garlic Salt
  • 2 1/2 C Water

Directions

  1. Set oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Allow to sit and rehydrate, approximately 10 minutes (While oven preheats)
  3. Grease large meatloaf pan well.
  4. Pour contents into meatloaf pan.
  5. Bake 30 - 40 minutes or until center tests done.
  6. Fun Fact: This is a great Jar meal--ingredients fit into a wide mouth Quart Jar with a bit of extra room. When ready to prepare, slowly add warm water to jar, stir with knife, put the lid on and shake to evenly mix. Wait 10 minutes, pour and bake. The only dirty dishes will be your jar, the knife and the meatloaf pan!!
