Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin, ground
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/4 cup THRIVE Freeze Dried Chopped Onions
  • 1/4 cup THRIVE Freeze Dried Green Chilis
  • 1 cup THRIVE Instant Refried Beans
  • 1/2 cup THRIVE Instant White Rice
  • 1/2 cup THRIVE Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 cup THRIVE Grilled Chicken (or ground beef)
  • 1/2 cup THRIVE Freeze Dried Sweet Corn
  • 1 tablespoon THRIVE Sour Cream Powder (optional to thicken)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients with 3 cups of water in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until meat is softened.
  3. Let stand another 10 minutes to thicken up. Serve in tortillas with favorite toppings.
